Planner
Make a tie up to your web site where your
customers can submit requests, errors and
view reports. This tie up is quit easy to
do, you make a log in page on your web
site where your registered users can log
in. On your site you add a place where
they can enter request and another place
where they can enter Error and Change
requests. When the user
submit for instance an Error and Change
item, instead of
writing it into your own database you
write it into either the 3f Project 2006
or 3f Software Planner 2006 database.
Depending on your setup you can also
display progress reports, summaries etc.
Calculation Add-On
Using the free
Project Costing Add-On as basis you
can fairly easily develop a full
calculation module where you track not
only the costs of log in resources but
also all other costs such as equipment,
travel, consulting etc.
Reporting Add-On
Create the reports you need, display any
data in the format that your company is
accustomed to.
