ARISING OUT OF USING THIS SERVICE REMAINS WITH YOU.

LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFIT, LOST SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF
OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE EVEN IF WE
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5. You agree to that we may
suggest resolutions that could compromise the security of your
system i.e. make it vulnerable to hackers and other security
threats. You and you alone decide whether or not to follow these
suggestions. You are solely responsible for any modification you
make to your system, computer or network even if these
modifications are based on our suggestions and that the system,
upon modification may become vulnerable to hackers and other
security threats.
All suggestions made by us are
made without any consideration for security or best practices, and
you understand and agree to that following these suggestions may
compromise security.

IF OUR LIMITED WARRANTY AND/OR LIMITED REMEDY SHALL BE HELD
INEFFECTIVE OR TO HAVE FAILED THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSES, OUR TOTAL
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE USED.
