30 Minute Block

For each 30 Minute Block, or fraction there of a total of 300 points is charged. If you avail of this service you will be given access to a support person speaking English, German or Danish. You may ask the support person any question you like related to the usage of 3f Project 2006 or 3f Software Planner 2006.

 

Minimum charge for phone support 300 points.

 

 

 

Note: The time begins when the phone call begins and ends when both parties hang up.

 

 

1. Purchase technical support points (minimum 300) from here

 

2. Download the free Skype client from www.skype.com then place a call to "fsupport_1". You will need a working headset and DSL or similar internet connection. (Please make sure that your equipment is in working order before you call, we cannot help you with the configuration of the Skype software, for help please go to http://support.skype.com/)
