There are two different possible reasons
why the 3f Software Planner cannot print
or export reports.
Possibility # 1
Background
information:
Every time a
report is exported or printout is generated, the server creates a
temporary file and stores it inside the report folder.
Because of this,
"Modify" and "Write" permissions should be assigned to the Internet Guest
Account (IUSR_Name_of_your_server) for the Report folder. Without these
permissions, the system will not be allowed to save any files into the
folder, hence, the users will not be able to export or print reports.
Possibility # 2
Background
information:

Because of this,

permissions, the system will not be allowed to save any files into the

Resolution
Modify the security of the "report" and
"image" folder found in the 3f
Software Planner 2006 installation directory and
grant the IUSR_Name_of_your_server
"Modify" and "Write" permission.
