Internet Explorer's Internet Option
settings should be configured in it's
original default state to ensure
compatibility with the 3f Software
Planner. The 3f Software Planner has been
tested with this configuration. The 3f
Software Planner might well be working
with other configurations, too. The best
way to find out is to consult your system
administrator. (This is the old classic
answer, but bottom line is that we have no
way of knowing how your network is set up,
hence, supporting you is very difficult
for us.)
Follow these steps
to configure your Internet Explorer to a setting which we know works:
1. Go to
Control Panel> Internet Options or open your Internet Explorer and go to
Tools> Internet Options. Go to the "Security" tab.
2. Depending on
your setup, select the "Internet" or "Local intranet" icon and click the
"Default Level" button. (The "Default Level" button becomes enabled once
you click the "Internet" or "Local intranet" icon unless default already
has been chosen). In other words, if the settings have been modified the
"Default Level" button is enabled.
Note: Clicking the
"Default Level" button may affect other programs you are using with your
Internet Explorer! If you do not know what to do, ask somebody who does!
3. Go to the
"Privacy" tab. Make sure that the maximum level of privacy is set to
"Medium".

4. Next, go to the
"Advanced" tab and click the "Restore Defaults" button. Click OK.

Note: With
Internet Explorer's default Internet settings, there have been no known
problems reported with the 3f Software Planner. You may still customize
your Internet Option settings as you see fit, and it will most properly
work. This is just an example of a configuration that does work.
