you will be able to assign which users
have access to a particular project.

If your objective is to keep track on how
much time was used on all your project,
and you want to be able to plan everything
in a Gantt diagram you will need to add
the Gantt diagram and Planning module.
This module gives you the ability to use a
Gantt diagram in addition to the task list
that already comes with the base module.
You can also schedule users to work on a
particular task from within the Gantt
diagram.

If your objective is to keep track time on
how much time was used all your project as
well as plan everything in a Gantt diagram
and you do not want that everybody have
access to all projects then you must
combine the Approval Management, Gantt
diagram and Planning module together
with the base module. This
combination gives you the tools necessary
to plan everything in a Gantt diagram
while at the same time enforcing a
structured approval system for tasks and
timesheets.

can add Test Management to the Base
module. This give you a set of tools
designed to test output and deliverables
systematically. In addition to the
product testing you can also track test
results.

If you objective is to have a complete
project management system that allows you
to track time, planned in a Gantt diagram
test your output and enforces approval
management, you will need all the models
available. When you have all the
modules you will also be able to export
any data in the system as XML. Exporting
XML files can be useful if you want to use
the data from the system in your
accounting, payroll or invoicing system.
