The Gantt diagram module is used go graphically plan and schedule projects. In addition the Gantt diagram module also let you schedule resources and in the process create a work schedule which you or the individual resources can print or export to Excel, Word etc.

You can also load multiple projects in Gantt diagram simultaneously enabling you to link task in one project with tasks in another project.

Gantt diagram planning Enter tasks directly in the Gantt chart, estimate the hours, set start and end date of the task or link it with other tasks. The Gantt diagram has a unique feature that let you recalculate the duration of a task based on a particular working calendar i.e. you may have a working calendar in your system for regular and half time employees. The duration of a task takes holidays and other non working days into consideration by performing the calculation based on hours. Milestones, deadlines, critical path and resource work schedules can easily accessible from the Gantt diagram area.
Employee scheduling One of the unique features of 3f Software Planner is the ability to schedule task from within the Gantt diagram. All you have to do is to activate the task you want to schedule an employee to work on, then open the scheduling pane before entering how many hours the employee should work on the task on a given day. You can even schedule multiple people to work on the same task!
Work schedule The work schedule let you print and view everything scheduled for an employee. In addition to this, you can also view what an employee actually worked on. Very important report for staff meeting and or customer meetings.
Today Page The Today Page shows every resource not only what has been scheduled for him or her, but it also a log showing exactly what a resource worked on (assuming that resource is using time tracking).
